Business Continuity Seminar
5th September 2018

In 2014 we lost our office.

Our working environment was obliterated overnight after two trees fell onto our office and crushed it.  We never thought for a moment that it would happen to us, but it did, and I will be talking about on 5th September at Weatherbys Conference Centre in Wellingborough.

As part of our commitment to local small businesses, on the 5th September 2018, we are running the third event in a series of business-focused events this time on “Business Continuity – It’ll Never Happen To Me!”

As a business owner, you are responsible for everything in your business.  In other words, “it’s all your fault!”  Disasters can happen in many ways in business, but if you have a plan for when your business is disrupted, then you have a good chance of keeping calm, recovering and carrying on.   If you don’t it could be fatal for your business.

I hope you can join us on the 5th September at 8.30am to help you reduce the risk of it happening to you.

We all have insurance to cover us in case something bad happens, but if your business loses communications, electricity, or even your building it could be fatal for your business.

This event explores what could happen, what did happen to one member and how you can mitigate those disruptions, both from a technology and human viewpoint to be ready should the worst happen.

Forewarned is forearmed!

The number for this event is strictly limited, so please do join me as my guest, and let us learn together on the morning of the 5th September in Wellingborough.

Please complete the form on this link and one of my colleagues to give you a call to confirm your interest and find out if you are able to join me, so please look out for their call.

We plan to charge a token fee of £20, with the net proceeds going to charity*.  Full details are on the booking page here: https://www.bb-bmg.uk/itll-never-happen-me.

There will be plenty of opportunities to networking before, during and after the event also, so do bring plenty of business cards 😊

I hope you can join us on the 5th September at 8.30am to help you reduce the risk of it happening to you.
