Tickling Trout® are delighted to have received a NATIONAL AWARD for implementation. Tickling Trout® is the first such company to receive this award for putting together processes, procedures and structures that have helped the company grow significantly in the last 12 months despite the current economic climate.
Jon Newlyn, one of the directors of Tickling Trout® was presented the award at a national meeting of some 600 fellow entrepreneurs. “I was surprised and delighted to receive the award, more so for the recognition of the whole team”.
David Hopkins, Director at Tickling Trout® said “We started giving ourselves structure by taking a 60 minute timeout nearly every day, for that time we were are not contactable and we focus on how we can grow our business”. “During the first 6 months we were able to introduce three new services and now we are able to provide premium versions of other services that our customers have been requesting.”
Tickling Trout® have been able to systemise a lot of processes to make the delivery more efficient.
