Recognising co-workers

Half the battle is recognising when the chimp is in control of you, the other half is recognising when the chimp is in control of your co-worker, supplier or even a customer.

The best way I can illustrate this is through a real-life scenario we had with such a customer.

We all know that some customers can be time bandits and, whilst they pay for some work they are always on your case for some free work. This was one such customer.
