Chapter 26
That old ’80/20′ chestnut
As a motorcyclist I understand that to enjoy a good ride, a ride that doesn’t lead to the pain of falling off, requires balance, leaning over, essentially, half falling off a bike to get round the corner but not so much so that skin meets tarmac.
I believe the ideal business owner is someone who is always balancing between a human, a chimp and a psychopath, so the ideal is ‘Pareto entrepreneur’.
The reason I haven’t labeled it as 30/30/40 is that in my experience I’ve not been aware of all three being present and active in my brain at the same time.
