You can’t run a business if you are all chimp

Being a business owner is the desire of many people but that doesn’t mean they can run a business successfully, some of us may have desires to be a racing driver but deep down we know we’ll never be able to ‘clip’ that apex.

Running a business on pure emotion will lead to something breaking at some point, but to add to the problem, when you first start a business you are so excited that it’s likely that you will be running on adrenaline and emotion for the first few months, masking any basic shortcomings in your skill set, approach or attitude.
