Below are the terms and conditions of business with Tickling Trout, please click on each bar to reveal the drop down box.

 

All quotations are valid for a period of no more than 90 days

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate

All travelling, accommodation and agreed out of pocket expenses will be payable by the client.

  • Orders will only be accepted with an official Purchase Order form and/or a company letterhead signed by an authorised signatory.
  • No work will be undertaken until the official purchase order has been received.
  • The sending of a Purchase Order is deemed to be acceptance of Tickling Trout’s terms and conditions.

  • Services which are cancelled within 5 working days of the delivery date will be invoiced in full.
  • Cancellations within 10 working days of the delivery date will incur a 50% charge.

  • Standard Terms; Invoices are to be paid within 7 days from date of issue.
  • Single Campaigns: Invoices will be raised after a campaign has been sent.
  • Multiple Campaigns: (Quarterly/Annually) Invoices will be based on the number of campaigns within the next quarter and will be raised at the start of that period.
  • All cheques need to be made out to ‘Edward James Associates Ltd’.
  • Payments can be made via www.paypal.com.   This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Tickling Trout reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amount at a rate of no less than 10% above the Bank of England base rate.
  • Tickling Trout may also withhold future services until such payments are made.

  • All data provided by the client shall remain the property of the client, it is only to be used by Tickling Trout in association with agreed project between the parties.
  • Tickling Trout will remove relevant data* when it is agreed that it is no longer required.

*Tickling Trout will need to hold unsubscribe data to ensure that future emails are not sent to those contacts.

By placing and accepting an order, the client and Tickling Trout acknowledge that all information which is passed between representatives of the two companies is to be used for the sole purpose of completing this project only and is not to be divulged to any third party without the written consent of the other.

As part of the Email Compliance Code - Our communications are delivered in line with EU Directives on Privacy and Electronic Communications.

We always display an active method, on every email, of opting out of further communications from your company.

We must hold this data to ensure that people who have chosen to opt-out CANNOT accidentally receive email communications from us, on behalf of you.

If you choose to move to another supplier, our Best Practice directive recommends that we supply you with the list of unsubscribed contacts so that you can forward this information to your new supplier, or indeed if you choose to continue in-house.  The cost of providing this service is £300 plus VAT.
