A Solution Profile is a very effective when trying to get a new product accepted within a market or sector, when a Case Study is not available.
When taking a product or service to market it is essential that you can explain the key benefits to potential clients. The easiest way to do this is by referencing a series of “case studies, however when the product or service is new this can prove to be a challenge.
The production of a “Solution Profile” can fill this gap until case studies become available for release.
A solution profile sets the scene. It details the issues or challenges facing the organisation and then explains how the producst or services overcomes these challenges. To the reader the overall experience is similar to reading a case study.
